Jennifer Carter
Jennifer Carter, Partner and VP Operations, McKesson Ventures

Jennifer brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare. Jennifer leads a team that works closely with portfolio companies to help identify and evaluate synergies across the McKesson ecosystem. In addition, the team develops perspectives on market insights relevant to McKesson Ventures’ investment focal areas. Her MV investments include Aspen RxHealth, Truveris, and Augmedix. 

Jennifer holds a B.S. in Economics from Boston College. Although born and raised in San Francisco, she spends harvest season on the family farm cultivating pluots and disrupting the plum and apricot industries.

Cici Ceralde
Cici Ceralde, DIRECTOR, VENTURE INSIGHTS, McKesson Ventures

Cici brings a decade of consulting experience to her role in Venture Insights. Prior to joining McKesson Ventures, she worked at Slalom Consulting, focused on technology transformations and digital product strategies for healthcare and life sciences companies. Cici has spent her career championing forward-thinking technology and data approaches throughout the healthcare ecosystem.

Prior to Slalom, Cici was a director at Huron Consulting Group and worked with leading hospitals and health systems. Her consulting work focused on care delivery transformations and data and analytics strategies. Cici holds a B.S in Biology from Indiana University, Bloomington. In addition to reading about healthcare and technology for her role, Cici spends much of her free time reading for fun–everything from Homer and Shakespeare to histories and biographies to the latest science fiction novels.

Priyanka Kanal
Priyanka Kanal

Priyanka brings five years of life sciences consulting experience to the Investment team. Prior to joining McKesson Ventures, she was a manager at Accenture Strategy, advising large pharmaceutical companies on drug commercialization, product launch, and digital innovation. Priyanka is passionate about supporting and elevating underrepresented founders in the healthcare ecosystem.

Priyanka holds a B.S. in Economics and B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University. She is a proud Blue Devil and avid traveler – ask her about her tenting experiences at Cameron Indoor Stadium and around the world.

Lizzie Lee
Lizzie Lee, Senior Associate, McKesson Ventures

Lizzie brings over a decade of healthcare industry experience to her work at McKesson Ventures. She’s an advocate for the power of what novel startups and industry veterans can achieve together. Before joining the McKesson Ventures team, Lizzie helped launch and manage McKesson’s multi-year strategic growth initiative to position the business through long-term market disruption. 

Prior to this, Lizzie was a consultant at ZS Associates where she worked with top life science companies on go-to-market strategy, launch planning and market access. She also helped build the firm’s innovation team. Lizzie earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Northwestern University. Outside of work, you can find Lizzie enjoying the outdoors by boat, skis, or even on foot.

Dave Schulte

Dave has been investing in healthcare technology and services businesses for more than two decades.  He leads McKesson Ventures (MV) and previously led Kaiser Permanente Ventures. His MV investments include: Aledade, Curana Health (acquired by NEA), Clinical Ink, IVX Health, Komodo Health, Landmark Health (acquired by Optum), Lightship, OncoHealth (acquired by Arsenal), Saama, and SHYFT Analytics (acquired by Medidata). 

Dave is a graduate of St. John’s University and earned a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Jeff Seibert

Jeff has over 20 years of experience supporting executive teams and managing administrative functions for large departments.  Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fresno State University and is a native of Fresno as well. In Jeff’s spare time he provides Sarcasm as a Service (SaaS), is an average golfer at best, and works to keep us smiling.

Michelle Snyder
Michelle Snyder, Partner, McKesson Ventures

Michelle Snyder brings over 25 years’ healthcare industry experience in marketing, business development, strategic planning, public policy, and general management. Prior to joining McKesson Ventures, she was Chief Marketing Officer at Welltok as well as an early executive at Epocrates, where she worked for over a decade to build the company into one of the most recognized brands among clinicians. Her MV investments include CancerIQ, Galileo, Inbound Health, Reimagine Care, and RxVantage.

Michelle has also served as an Executive-in-Residence at InterWest Partners, investing in digital health companies and advising portfolio companies. In addition, she has held consulting and policy positions at The Wilkerson Group, the Lewin Group and the Georgetown Center for Health Policy Studies.

Michelle earned her M.B.A. at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her B.A. from Carleton College. Though she’s been in the Bay Area for over 20 years, she still dons green and gold and wears her Cheesehead proudly on Sundays.

Carrie Hurwitz Williams
Carrie Hurwitz Williams, Principal at McKesson Ventures

Carrie brings over 20 years of healthcare experience from several vantage points within the healthcare industry. Prior to joining McKesson Ventures, she served as Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for Omada Health, where she focused heavily on all elements of commercial strategy and partnerships. Her MV investments include Evidation Health, Koneksa Health, Lambert Vet Supply, Xealth, AllStripes, Tact.ai, and Propeller Health (acquired by ResMed).

Williams holds a MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and a BS in biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  After more than a dozen years in the Bay Area, she is now back in the Boston area, where she lives with her husband, daughters, and their golden retriever, Fenway.  A piece of her heart will always be in San Francisco, so maybe it’s time to rename the dog “Oracle.”

Brian Zhu
Brian Zhu, Senior Associate, McKesson Ventures

Brian brings a decade of healthcare software and services experience from various roles in consulting, HCIT, and VC-backed startups. Prior to joining McKesson Ventures, Brian helped build the partnerships team at Notable Health, an AI and intelligent automation platform for health systems and providers. 

Prior to Notable, Brian was an Associate Director at Navigant Consulting (n.k.a. Guidehouse) in the financial strategy and management practice where he advised leading hospitals and health systems on revenue cycle, patient access and digital transformation strategies. In addition, Brian previously worked at Cerner (n.k.a. Oracle Health) where he held roles in strategy, operations, joint ventures, and product.

Brian earned his M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his B.S. in Finance and Economic Consulting from Indiana University, Bloomington. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the great outdoors by land and sea with his wife and their Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Mochi.

Andrew Booth
Andrew Booth, Managing Chief Counsel, Ventures and M&A, McKesson Ventures

Andrew brings over a decade of experience counseling investors and companies in venture capital transactions. Before joining McKesson, Andrew worked at DLA Piper, where he advised strategic and financial investors and acquirors and emerging growth companies in equity and debt financing, M&A and joint venture transactions in various industries, including healthcare, life sciences, and technology.

Andrew received a B.A. from Duke University and J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Tom Rodgers
Tom Rodgers

In 2014, Tom founded McKesson Ventures and built the program before moving into his current role as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer for McKesson in 2020. During his tenure at McKesson Ventures, Tom led investments in Accolade (ACCD), Aetion, Carena / Amwell (AMWL), ClearCare, Grail, Hims, and Pharmapacks, to name a few. Tom continues to oversee the program and the investment committee.

McKesson is a yellow male Labrador retriever, born on March 10, 2017. He trained for a year in Snohomish, WA, with Guide Dogs for the Blind, the largest guide dog school in North America. As a graduate of GDB, McKesson is one of more than 16,000 GDB guide dog teams across the U.S. and Canada. He was named in honor of McKesson Ventures’ donation to GDB.
