Investment Associate
Arjun Chirumamilla
Arjun Chirumamilla

Arjun is an associate on the investment team responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities. Before joining the McKesson Ventures team, he started out his career doing investment banking at Moelis & Company, working on M&A and restructuring transactions across the spectrum of healthcare.

Ashley Ng
Ashley Ng

Ashley is responsible for deal sourcing, diligence, and supporting portfolio management. She brings nearly a decade of experience working with innovative healthcare services and technology companies as an investor and operator. Before joining McKesson Ventures, Ashley was at IBM Watson Health in New York, where she focused on commercializing emerging cognitive technologies in new markets. 

Prior to that, Ashley was at Sterling Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where she focused on investing in healthcare services businesses. Ashley began her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank.  Ashley received her BS from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Carrie Hurwitz Williams
Carrie Hurwitz Williams, Principal at McKesson Ventures

Carrie brings over 15 years of healthcare experience from several vantage points within the healthcare industry. Prior to joining McKesson Ventures, she served as Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for Omada Health, where she focused heavily on all elements of commercial strategy and partnerships.   

Prior to Omada, Carrie held roles within McKesson’s Strategy & Business Development team, advancing innovation strategies aimed at hospital pharmacy and clinical trial patient recruitment. She began her career in drug development managing oncology clinical trials in both large pharmaceutical and biotech settings.

Williams holds a MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and a BS in biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  After more than a dozen years in the Bay Area, she is now back in the Boston area, where she lives with her husband, daughters, and their golden retriever, Fenway.  A piece of her heart will always be in San Francisco, so maybe it’s time to rename the dog “Oracle.”

Dave Schulte
Dave Schultz

Dave has been investing in healthcare technology and services businesses for nearly two decades.  He leads McKesson Ventures (MV) and previously led Kaiser Permanente Ventures. His MV investments include: Aledade, AllyAlign Health, Clinical Ink, IVX Health, Komodo Health, Landmark Health (acquired by General Atlantic), Lightship, Oncology Analytics and SHYFT Analytics (acquired by Medidata). 

Dave is a member of the Harvard Kennedy School Health Policy Leadership Council, the Boehringer Ingelheim Digital Health Advisory Council and the St. John’s University Private Investment Fund. He is a graduate of St. John’s University and earned a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Giselle Erazo

Giselle Erazo is the Executive Assistant to Tom Rodgers and Dave Schulte as well as the office manager for the team. Giselle plays an integral role in managing the day-to-day operations for McKesson Ventures by creating a delightful and hassle-free experience for all guests. She brings over 15 years of experience as an executive assistant and office manager.  

Giselle has been with McKesson for over 10 years and previously worked in McKesson’s General Counsel Organization and other industries, including venture capital, investment banking and international infrastructure. Giselle is a Bay Area native and lives with her daughter and dog, who thinks he is tough but is the sweetest being at heart. She also enjoys live music, being outdoors and exploring places near and far.

Jennifer Carter
Jennifer Carter Lehot

Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience from various roles across the McKesson enterprise ranging from marketing, business development, strategy and sales operations. In addition to investing and supporting health technology and services companies, Jennifer oversees operations for the team which includes talent, budget and portfolio development. 

Jennifer holds a B.S. in Economics from Boston College.  Although born and raised in San Francisco, Jennifer spends harvest season on the family farm cultivating pluots and disrupting the plum and apricot industries.

Lizzie Lee
Lizzie Lee

Lizzie brings a decade of healthcare industry experience to her work in portfolio development. She’s an advocate for the power of what novel startups and industry veterans can achieve together. In her prior role on McKesson’s enterprise strategy team, Lizzie helped launch and manage a multi-year strategic growth initiative to position the business through long-term market disruption.

Prior to this, Lizzie was a consultant at ZS Associates where she worked with top pharmaceutical companies on go-to-market strategy, launch planning and market access. She also helped build the firm’s innovation team. Lizzie earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Northwestern University. Although she lives and breathes the healthcare industry, she has a sweet tooth that she satisfies with help from her family’s popcorn business in Virginia.

Mark Padilla

Mark Padilla is lead counsel for McKesson Ventures. In addition to his role with McKesson Ventures, he is Chief Counsel, Corporate and Securities for McKesson Corporation. In addition, Padilla is principal counsel to the corporation’s Treasury department and works on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.  

Previously Padilla spent a decade at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, CA, representing information technology and life sciences startups in venture capital financings, M&A transactions and IPOs. He also represented public companies, advising them on SEC public disclosure and securities transactions.

He possesses a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, a B.A. from Yale University and an undying love of the Los Angeles Lakers.

Michelle Snyder
Michelle Snyder

Michelle Snyder brings over 25 years healthcare industry experience in marketing, business development, strategic planning and general management and is recognized as a leader in the digital health space. Prior to joining McKesson Ventures, she was Chief Marketing Officer at Welltok, a leading consumer health activation company.

Michelle was also one of the early executives at Epocrates and worked for over a decade to build the company one of the most recognized technology brand among clinicians. Michelle has also served as an Executive-in-Residence at InterWest Partners, investing in digital health companies and advising portfolio companies. In addition, she has held consulting and policy positions at The Wilkerson Group, the Lewin Group and the Georgetown Center for Health Policy Studies.

Michelle earned her M.B.A. at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her B.A. from Carleton College. Though she’s been in the Bay Area for over 20 years, she still dons green and gold and wears her Cheesehead proudly on Sundays.

Tom Rodgers
Tom Rodgers

In 2014, Tom founded McKesson Ventures and built the program before moving into his current role as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer for McKesson in 2020. During his tenure at McKesson Ventures, Tom led investments in Accolade (ACCD), Aetion, Carena / Amwell (AMWL), ClearCare, Grail, Hims, and Pharmapacks, to name a few. Tom continues to oversee the program and the investment committee

McKesson is one of the newest recruits for Guide Dogs for the Blind. He is a yellow male Labrador retriever, born on March 10, 2017. He just left campus a week ago to spend the next year with his puppy raisers in Snohomish, Washington. He was named in honor of McKesson Ventures’ recent donation to GDB.
