Fortune Term Sheet Highlights – Venture Deals December 8, 2016

Fortune’s December 8 Term Sheet highlighted several recent venture deals, including the following healthcare-related companies in the California region:

  1. Augmedix – the San Francisco based company raised $23 million in funding from McKesson Ventures and OrbiMed to continue expansion of its health applications for Google Glass.
  2. Crossover Health – the Aliso Viejo based company that develops on-site and near-site health centers raised $92 million from Gurnet Point Capital.
  3. Vida Health – the San Francisco based company raised $18 million in Series B funding, led by Canvas Ventures. The company provides coaches for wellness and chronic conditions.
