The University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) has selected Kyruus’ ProviderMatch for Access Centers to power its call center and optimize patient access across Mississippi. UMMC’s partnership with Kyruus will help call centers identify the best provider for a patient’s needs.
Currently, UMMC’s network includes 800+ providers at 170 locations, which serve over 600,000 patients per year statewide. Kyruus’ software will allow providers to better indicate their areas of expertise—down to specific conditions and procedures—and empower call center agents with that information.
Implementation of Kyruus’ ProviderMatch for Access Centers will not only help call center agents to more easily find the best providers; it will also improve overall patient experience, improve call conversion, and reduce the time it takes to orient new call center staff members.
