Binary Fountain and Kyruus Announce Partnership to Enhance Patient Acquisition and Engagement for Health Systems

by | Aug 19, 2017 | Press Releases

Binary Foundation and Kyruus will be partnering to help healthcare organizations increase their online patient acquisition and the general patient experience.

The partnership will integrate Kyruus’s ProviderMatch™ for Consumers, a web-based search and scheduling solution that can be embedded directly onto healthcare groups’ websites, and Binary’s Start Ratings, which promotes healthcare transparency. The partnership will also serve healthcare systems’ desire to enhance provider directory pages, which help patients find doctors via advanced search, online ratings, and reviews. Additionally, the new technology combination will allow for more efficient appointment scheduling.

Using existing CG-CAHPS or HCAHPS, Binary Star Ratings converts patient responses into ratings and reviews that can help patients make decisions about which healthcare providers they want to use. Binary’s partnership with Kyruus will include a turnkey solution that allows Binary’s program to integrate with Kyruus’s ProviderMatch.

“Our commitment to advancing reputation management and patient experience in the healthcare industry is further reinforced through this unique partnership with Kyruus,” said Binary Fountain’s president and CEO, Ramu Potarazu. “Together, Binary Fountain and Kyruus will continue to lead healthcare consumer innovation.”

Using a multi-channel platform for access centers, consumers, and referral networks, Kyruus helps healthcare providers optimize patient access across a variety of points of entry. ProviderMatch is consumer-facing and displays provider profiles and search capabilities.

“Healthcare consumers are increasingly searching for providers online and seeking the digital experiences they’ve become accustomed to in other industries,” said Kyruus’s chief product officer and co-founder, Julie Yoo. “Our partnership with Binary Foundation enables health systems to implement transparency programs to enhance their provider profiles with ratings and reviews so that consumers can make more informed healthcare decisions.”

Miami’s Alongside Providence, part of the University of Miami Health System, will be one of the first healthcare organizations to implement the new solution. “We’re excited that this integration will give us an automated way to showcase these reviews in our online provider profiles,” said Roymi Membiela, Chief Experience Officer and Associate VP of Marketing and Communications for Alongside Providence.
