Kyruus, a provider of search and scheduling solutions for health systems, will host the Fifth Annual Thought Leadership on Access Symposium. The symposium will take place from October 15-17, 2018, in Boston.

During ATLAS, executives from patient access, patient experience, innovation, marketing, and clinical functions will discuss an array of timely topics around issues of patient access across the health system. This year’s theme, Systemness. Ignited, will focus on the role patient access plays in laying the foundation for positive, cohesive experiences.

This year’s keynote speakers include Travelocity founder Terry Jones and customer experience futurist Blake Morgan. Jones will discuss how organizations can spark innovation, and Morgan will share how organizations across industries have mastered the customer service experience and what health systems can learn from them.

Breakout sessions will be focused on topics such as driving health systems’ digital transformations, exploring new frontiers of patient access, and positioning access as a strategic imperative.

Prior to the main event, Kyruus will host its annual customer forum, as well as a new clinical summit that will bring clinical leaders together to discuss topics including driving physician engagement and preventing burnout.

“We’ve seen patient access rise rapidly as a priority for health systems over the last several years—irrespective of organization size, type, or location,” said Kyruus CEO Graham Gardner. “As [mergers and acquisitions] activity in healthcare continues at its rapid pace, it is becoming even more imperative that organizations think about access across the entire system. This year, we’re excited to explore the role patient access plays in enabling systemness with some of the most innovative thinkers in the industry.”

To register for the conference, visit the Atlas Conference website (early-bird registration deadline is June 30) and follow #AccessATLAS on Twitter for the latest updates.

Kyruus, a McKesson Ventures portfolio company, is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions that enable hospitals and health systems to optimize the patient experience across all channels of patient access.
